Many of our designs are one-offs, once they're sold they're gone. So if you see something you really like, go for it.

Orders will be dispatched 1-3 business days after purchase, unless circumstances outside of our control dictate otherwise. Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Orders placed within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
- Orders outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
- We cannot accept P.O box delivery addresses.

Please be mindful that international shipping may take 2-8 weeks to arrive at its destination and sometimes longer going through customs and especially around X'mas time. Unfortunately, the delivery time cannot be guaranteed and is outside of our control once your parcel enters the postal system.
We shall confirm once your order has been dispatched from our shop.
Any import and custom duties, shipping charges, taxes are the Buyers' responsibility and not included in the item price. Please make your own enquiries prior to purchasing the item to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase. The Seller is not responsible for these charges/duties/taxes.
All products will be packaged suitably for despatch.

Q1. What happens if my order is returned to the seller because I provided the wrong delivery address?
A1. Once the order is received back in it's original condition and undamaged, the buyer can opt for a replacement to be sent (buyer pays P&P) or a refund of the original order (only price of item, NOT P&P already expended by the seller).

3. INFORMATION SHARING & DISCLOSURE
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
