4 out of 5 starsArrived as pictured but didn't realize the pins were quite so long. Should've read more closely. Depends on thickness of cork. Love that they do not actually need to puncture what is hanging though.

Need to make an adjustment or change to your order?
We will make every effort to attempt to assist you with any order adjustments or changes. Unfortunately, this option is not guaranteed as most orders are submitted automatically at the time of purchase.

Where is my order?
Your order could be in a couple of places... the warehouse, awaiting dispatch, with the courier on its way, or delivered.
The first thing to check is have you received your Etsy shipping notification email?
If yes, then it's on its way!
If you haven't Etsy shipping notification email (don't forget to check those JUNK & SPAM folders) then your order is waiting to be dispatched.
Once you have the Etsy shipping notification email you can track it yourself via the link in the email.
Why is my order late?
Please double check the shipping cut off times for ordering and the date which we said it will be shipped by.
If your shipping date has passed, please contact us by going to the 'Contact Us' tab on this page and have your order number ready.
** Please note: Estimated order delivery times may vary - due to possible shipping delays while en route to the proper destination. Remote locations that are not readily accessible may require additional time to make delivery.
I received a faulty &/or damaged item, what do i do?
➡️ DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please contact us and postmark your return within 5 - CALENDAR DAYS of the date your items are DELIVERED. Upon our receipt of your items with a < proven > defect or courier damage, we will provide an replacement of the EXACT item ordered.
FAULTY WORKMANSHIP:
Please provide your 'Hey I Dare You', ETSY Order # along with FULL photo documentation of it defective item.
DELIVERY DAMAGE:
Please provide your 'Hey I Dare You', ETSY Order # along with FULL photo documentation of defective item along with ALL package delivery damage.
I'm missing items from my order!
Your package might be coming in more than one shipment. If your delivery date has passed, please get in touch by going to the 'contact us' tab.
Why was my order cancelled?
If you've placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, we're sorry about that. This will usually be because the stock wasn't in the warehouse when we came to process your order. You will receive a cancellation email and a refund via the original payment method used. Refunds may take up to 7 days, this is the banking process and not something we can speed up.

ONLY Non-custom, non-personalized, and non-holiday-themed items are accepted for return with a full refund, within 30 calendar days of your received delivery date.
Eligible returns MUST:
● Be in original packaging & any original tags still attached.
● Be in UN-used, UN-worn, & RESALABLE condition.
Please contact us and postmark your return within 30 - CALENDAR DAYS. We will happily provide a full refund of the original purchase price, back to the original form of payment. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on:
● Personalized items
● Custom items
● Holiday-themed items
Personal items are NON-Refundable - due to sanitary reasons.
