We use 3d printers to make custom and unique cookie cutters. Over the last year we have expanded from a single 3d printer to a small amy of Printrbots. Our cutters are made when ordered, average turnaround time on store items is 3-5 business days. This sometimes varies and we try and update the receipt to reflect current shipping times.

Most orders should process and ship within 2-4 business days. If order volume is high, it could take up to 10 days to ship your order. If you have any questions, or have a time sensitive issue please do not hesitate to contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantity of products ordered. We can not accommodate large wholesale orders.

Custom Request Cutters - We reserve the right to list this cutter in our store once it has shipped to you. Exclusive cutters carry an additional charge. Please inquire if you need this to be exclusive. If you purchase an exclusive cutter, it will be stated on your receipt.

All cutters are HAND WASH only, not dishwasher safe. Please DO NOT SOAK IN HOT WATER. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or moisture. Do not store in direct sunlight, or in your vehicle. Any of these things can warp your cutters.

***Please note: Do not cut HOT cookies with the cutters. This can and will warp the cutters. Sorry for any inconvenience. **

Cutters are made to order. Small orders should process in 3-5 business days (excluding weekends), for larger orders please allow extra processing time. If you have a time sensitive issue please do not hesitate to contact us.

Orders shipped outside of the United States via U.S.P.S. 1st Class International can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Tracking number provided for 1st Class International only show progress in the U.S. Once accepted by another country, U.S. tracking number is not valid.

All orders that are shipped outside of the United States may be subject to custom duties, import taxes and fees levied by the destination country. You will most likely have to pay these when your product is delivered. The total value of your order including shipping will be declared on the customs forms.
