CLAY EARRINGS:
Most of my earrings are made to order. My production times are normal (3-5 business days. This does not include shipping time). However, due to COVID-19 there may be shipping delays beyond my control. Per USPS, "USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts".

HAND STAMPED ITEMS:
As of now, these will only be done by custom request. Personalized jewelry that is lovingly hand stamped by me. All my pieces are made with great attention to detail. Each trinket is made with the highest quality sterling silver, copper, or brass. All metals will age over time and will add more charm to the individual piece.

★★SHIPPING★★
• Shipping addresses are automatically generated onto the shipping label from your order form, I do NOT manually enter this information PLEASE check your PAYPAL AND ETSY address! All labels are printed and mailed from your Paypal/Etsy address. If it is mailed to the wrong address because your paypal/etsy address was not correct, I can not be held liable and will not issue a refund.
• If an item is returned to me, you will be responsible for the shipping fee again to get it to the correct address.
•The tracking numbers show in detail where the packages are, with the exception of international packages.

★★STAMPING★★
• The back of the charms CAN NOT be stamped.
• PLEASE note that if the example is in a lowercase font ALL of the letters will be LOWERCASE -I do not have both uppers and lowers for every stamp set, so IF it is important that something is capitalized - please tell me when you checkout, that you want it in CAPS. If it's unavailable, I will message you asking how to proceed.
• ♥Because each piece is made by hand, part of the uniqueness of each item is that sometimes the letters don't line up perfectly. This is not a flaw but actually adds charm to the hand stamped piece. I can make just about anything, so custom orders are excepted!♥

★★CUSTOMIZATION★★
•If you would like a customized item, PLEASE CONTACT ME THROUGH "ETSY CONVERSATION", I do not contact the buyer unless there is a question(s) on stamping.
•I can stamp what you need as long as it fits on the charm. You will need a custom listing ONLY when you want something different than what is listed in the description. It is not necessary to use this feature for items you just need to change the name on, that info goes in the NOTE TO SELLER section when you checkout.
