Can you send me a picture of your jewelry being modeled?

All the pictures we have of our handmade jewelry are included. Unfortunately we do not have any photos to share of our jewelry on a model. Please reference the measurements.

How to care for your handmade jewelry

These tips will help prolong the look of your new piece of jewelry.
You should never expose 14k solid gold, gold-filled or sterling silver jewelry to chlorine. Chlorine attacks the metal and causes discoloration and deterioration.

You will greatly prolong the life of your jewelry if you treat it well. Try not to swim, shower, exercise or sleep with your jewelry on. Over time, your sterling silver and gold-filled can begin to patina or tarnish. Store your jewelry in an airtight bag or container when not in use. Exposure to air and humidity drastically speeds up tarnishing. A jewelry polishing cloth will keep your jewelry free of tarnish when used regularly.

Do you wholesale?

We are only open to selling to brick and mortar shops, no other online selling venues. Some products are available for wholesale terms. We will not drop ship, bulk orders must be placed. If you have a boutique shop and would like to offer our jewelry, please contact for further details.

Help! My order never arrived.

USPS does not consider a domestic package to be lost until after 30 days. International orders are not considered lost until after 6 weeks. If your tracking info is not updating, please contact USPS for help tracking it down and also email us as well. If your package is determined lost with no confirmed delivery, we will replace your order after this time period. Our policy for lost packages is replacement of the original order.

If you entered the wrong address for shipping and the package is returned to us, you will need to supply an accurate shipping address and purchase postage for the package to be shipped again.

Custom fees for international buyers:

We will mark all shipping declaration forms with the actual item value as required by law. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Buyers will pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price, origin country, and the fees of the destination country. Sellers on Etsy are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes. Marking the item as a gift when checking out only supplies a gift invoice inside the package. This will not avoid customs fees upon delivery of the shipment.

My package shows delivered, but I never received it.

If your order has confirmed delivery via online tracking and you have not received your package we must be contacted within 5 days. We will try and remedy the situation by getting in contact with USPS to determine where your package is. Typically in these situations the package was delivered to the wrong address and your postal courier can retrieve it.
