Quality of the bags were great! They came out exactly like they were pictured! I would definitely order from this shop again!

I ordered this item as a "ready to ship item" after a while of not receiving tracking info, I messaged seller for status. Seller advised she was out of samples and had to create another and that it would be a little longer. Finally, after a month or so... I was SO excited when this arrived because I wanted to use this for my wedding... but I was so disappointed when I opened the package. The item looked as though it had been rushed; it was poorly put together and the lace was stitched so unevenly. I contacted the seller to show her what I had received. She said this was their normal work... I asked for a full refund. I was denied several times until I opened a case with Etsy to help. Finally, after an additional 2 weeks, I was able to get a full refund from seller. I appreciate that, but damn it was like pulling teeth!

The detail to the clutch purse was a perfect match to my niece Jeanna';s prom dress & shoes perfectly.
