Payment must be made up front. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

Shipping

Due to the global pandemic I can only post order to certain countries. If you wish to order and are unsure about delivery times and option please get in touch. There is also a possibility to ship with DHL, which is a faster but more expensive option.

Most items will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving payment.

I ship the orders via Poczta Polska as priority mail.

Usually shipping to US takes 14-21 days and to EU 10-14 days.

Due to the current circumstances, Global Express is not available as a shipping option and I can only post orders via priority mail, which does not supply a tracking number to certain countries (USA, Canada).

If you need your item for a specific date please allow enough time for shipping and custom duties if applicable.

However, during Christmas time the shipping may take a little longer. So if you would like to have the order delivered before Christmas you should order it much earlier.

Please keep in mind that the purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
