Aloha! Welcome to Pualilia Creations, PHOTOGRAPHY, JEWELRY, & ISLAND INSPIRED CREATIONS by Erin Baldwin Brown.

All jewelry is hand-made by myself in North Kohala on the Island of Hawai'i (a.k.a. Big Island). I collect all my own shells, seeds, beach glass and driftwood (no live shells are ever collected, my mom's a marine biologist so I know better :) ). I use sterling silver and genuine natural gemstones in my jewelry (nothing dyed or fake) and I believe in quality. Contact me if you see something you like but want to customize it.

My photography can be viewed at www.Pualiliaphotography.com and prints can be ordered on that site. I will occasionally list special photographic offerings in this Etsy store (canvas prints, limited edition printings, etc.).

Payment

Pualilia Creations accepts payment through Paypal. If this payment option does not work for you, please contact me to arrange an alternative payment option. Payment must be accepted and cleared before items are shipped out.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail and take about a week to reach mainland destinations from Hawai'i. I will ship your order within one week of purchase. Please contact me if you need your items faster and we can arrange UPS or Fedex. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please email me before purchasing an item for shipping quotes to your country.

Refunds and Exchanges

I use quality parts and findings in my jewelry, but sometimes parts break or give out. If your jewelry breaks from faulty craftsmanship or parts, I will be happy to fix it for you at no cost, mail it back to me and I'll fix it and ship it back to you (I will refund $3.00 for your return shipping to me). If your jewelry has broken from a result of heavy use, your fault, I am happy to fix it for you for a fee. If for some reason you just aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to me with original tags and packaging in original condition for a refund within 15 days of purchase , you just pay shipping back to me.
