You can order partial yardage and select First Class if under 1 pound. Over 1 pound will be shipped Priority Mail. NOTE: The Etsy system does not always choose the best rate when choosing between First Class and Priority or when various cuts are ordered. The Etsy system does Not know how to divide the yardage weight when you order partial yardage. I will refund any overages charged on Shipping. The minimum charge for shipping is between $4.90 and $5.30. It is based on what zone you are in by USPS.
I do not except returns on fabric. Patterns can not be returned by copyright laws. If item was damaged, I will try to replace the item.
