PurpleCobwebs is taking a short break
I make glass lampwork beads using a dual fuel torch, and also make jewellery from these beads. All of my beads are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for strength.

Shipping
Within the UK I send all packages out 1st class, and International orders are sent via Airmail. If you would like any other method ie insured, Next Day (within the UK), Airsure etc please contact me before purchasing as I will need to adjust the shipping price to take in to account the higher cost.
Please note that I'm in the UK, and when shipping packages overseas they will take longer to arrive than they do when you buy from a seller within your own country. I cannot be held responsible for delays that occur after I've passed your package on to the Royal Mail, or for delays caused by general disruption in the postal system i.e. strikes, inclement weather etc.
I am not responsible for any customs duty or import taxes that your package might incur, this is the liability of the person that the package is addressed to. Delays caused by customs intervention are also outside of my control and I cannot take responsibility for them.
Please note that all orders will be sent to the address indicated on your Etsy account, unless you advise otherwise.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of my items are made in a smoke-free, and pet-free, environment.
My pieces of jewellery are made with glass, semi-precious stones and ceramic beads, all of which can break if they're mistreated. Some may also have coatings which can be scratched if mistreated. Please treat them kindly ie don't drop them, spray them with perfume or products, throw them in your purse and forget they're there, put them through a mangle etc, and they will stay looking their best.
Metal and silver can tarnish over time so I suggest that jewellery is stored in an air-tight plastic bag or container to help prevent this. If tarnish does occur you can remove it with a jewellery cleaning cloth.
All items are gift-wrapped in new materials and then shipped in recycled padded bags if they are available to me, or boxes if appropriate. Please reuse the packaging again if you can :o)
I leave positive feedback upon receipt of your feedback, when I know that the package has arrived with you safely and you are happy with the contents. If there is a problem please do convo or email me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I want you to be happy with your jewellery and aim to solve any problems you might have at this stage.
