Welcome to my life, The Purple Peacock Candle Company.

It all started when I purchased some candle making supplies from a friend. I poured a few candles here and there, but nothing serious. Then I decided to try to sell online. After a very slow start, things started going well ... except that I was still working a full time job. I started to get bogged down and couldn't keep up with orders like I wanted to. So I jumped! I stopped working and concentrated only on candles.

I was doing some craft shows and selling online, but not making anything close to what I was used to. I had some candles in a local store to sell on consignment. Unfortunately the store closed, but the amazing part is the person moving into the storefront saw my candles and wanted me to sell them in the new store. Arrangements were made and if I felt I could make it, the first of the year I could take over the store. To make a long story short, The Purple Peacock Candle Company has been open as a brick and mortar location since November of 2014! Not only do I sell candles online, but also at my shop. I make the candles at the shop and have added primitive decor, painted furniture and such to make the shop more rounded.
