I only have the same tracking numbers as you do, I don't have any special access or control to USPS. If you have questions about your package tracking, please call your local PO with your tracking #.

Same thing for International Shipping. I only have the same tracking # as you do. There is no way to keep track or know where it is unless your country's mail carrier update a tracking #. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but as I mention in my policy section, delay or lost package due to customs or your country's mail carrier, it is not my responsibility. All my jewelry is really delicate and sensitive. Please be gentle with them.

Please remember to store your jewelry in an airtight container or small zip lock when not in use. Remove before applying perfumes, lotions, sun block or before spa, bathing, swimming or hot tub. Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your jewelry.
To clean buff very gently with a soft, dry 100% cotton cloth or a microfiber cloth. Please NEVER use any chemical.

To be fair to both of buyers and me, I do NOT accept any returns or exchange after 1 months since I ship your item.
