Payment
I send packages only after the payments have been cleared.
In the event of non-payment and no response to emails the order will be cancelled.

I can reserve items for an agreed amount of time, I'm happy to work with you.
Shipping
A listing called "shipping upgrade" can be made which you can simply add to your basket, another option is via Paypal as an invoice for the additional charges.
The usual shipping time frame within the U.S is around 2 weeks. Within Europe packages should arrive within a week depending
Rest of the world : 2-6 weeks
Some countries have strict customs and can result in a considerably longer times, and it's rare but possible an item can take up to 6 weeks.

Can you do a custom order?
Yes! I'm happy to work with you to create a custom order for you.
Can you do large orders?
Yes, I would love to work with you on an order. Please ensure plenty of time for me to complete the order and if needed, supplies to be bought.
Can you make adjustments to an item?
Yes, I can make minor adjustments at no extra cost. e.g chain length. Other changes such as adding charms or gems are also possible at extra cost. Contact me and I can tell you if it's possible.
Do you gift wrap?
I send every item carefully packed in a handmade pillow box ready for gifting.
Can you include a personal note in my order?
Yes, at check out just leave what you would like in the 'note to seller' section and I will include a printed note on parchment paper at no extra cost.
