I'd have given it 10 STARS! Great correspondence throughout. Fast shipping. Product was amazing! The wood on the shelf is simply stunning - from the texture and grain to the color - I had been looking for a rustic/contemporary shallow ledge shelf for over a year to fit the unique dimensions of our entry - I simply didn't want to compromise - and I'm so glad I didn't!!! This was more beautiful in person than I hoped for, and the craftsmanship was fabulous. Should I ever need anything in the future - I will certainly seek you out and recommend you!
