A tiny story without words.

I've been making art as long as I could hold a pencil. A devotion to and reverence for art is one of the most fundamental bits of my character.

I've sold my work in a variety of local venues over the years but lately I'm smitten with the idea of working from the road. I decided to open an Etsy shop recently with the goal of being able to travel while still operating my business.

Even though I am an avid reader I've never been particularly good at expressing myself with words. I like to think of my paintings as tiny stories or poems.

Hi, I'm Cara. I make weird little paintings and illustrations. I spend most evenings in the studio listening to music and making art. I can also often be found riding my motorcycle, working on my victorian house, or playing with my great dane, Frida.
