My love of flowers was awakened in me when I was very young, thanks to my mother. She introduced me to the joys of gathering fresh, dew-covered peonies and lilies of the valley in the early morning after my brothers had gone to school. We would bring them into the house and she would carefully and artfully arrange them in a vase, bringing beauty and joy to all who came in. Those early memories would set me on a path to obtaining a degree in art and design and eventually working in a busy Beacon Hill florist in Boston. I created arrangements on a regular basis for such clients as The Four Seasons Hotel, Harvard University and local celebrities, including Julia Child.

I started Regina's Garden over 20 years ago when I discovered high quality silk flowers, foliage and botanicals. Even though I have been doing floral design professionally for over 25 years, I still get a thrill of inspiration when I'm purchasing materials and discover new ways of layering texture, color and shape. New ideas fill my head and I can't wait to start a new design. Opening an Etsy shop is an exciting continuation of my desire to provide lovely, lasting floral pieces that bring a smile to your face and help make your environment more beautiful and inviting.
