I can only accept PayPal or Credit / Debit Card payment for international orders at this time.
To pay using your Credit Card without a PayPal Account scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find the option to pay as PayPal guest, without having to sign up.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required on commissioned items at the time of request, for orders €100 and over. At the time of completion, the original piece of art will then be listed with the remainder 50% payment due.

It is safe and fast. Usually it takes 5-25 days to main countries. It might occasionally be delayed by custom procedure or bad weather. But in most cases, it is fast.
If you need your package to be faster, I can use express services to send it to you, but the shipping costs are higher, depending on the package and where you live.
I will send you a notification that your order was processed.
The shipping will be made to the ADDRESS provided by Etsy and not the one on your PayPal. Please make sure that the address you select for delivery is the one you expect the item to be shipped to. Please make sure that your address is correct! I ship with registered mail that you must sign for, or pick up later at the post office.
DELIVERY TIME varies and depends solely on the post office so I can't give you an exact time frame.
- Europe: 5-10 working days
- Everywhere else: 7-25 working days

DIGITAL FILES
Within 24 hours of purchase you will get a convo with a link that will allow you to download your files directly. I use ZIP files to compress images so make sure you have a program that can unZIP the files. If you are on a Mac, all you have to do is double click on the ZIP file to release the contents. On Windows, most come with the software needed but if you find yourself not having a program, there are plenty of free ones out there. A simple search on Google for "free ZIP software" will lead you to many choices. ZIP files are very easy to handle, but if you have questions feel free to convo us and we'll clear up any confusion.
