Announcement    **Please Read Before Placing Orders With Reneabouquets**
Please note that we are making some changes to our hours and shipping policies.
We will now go to a semi-retired schedule. We will be open Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday as our business hours, and our off days will now be Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all Federal Holidays.

All orders that come in will be shipped in the order that they are received, starting with website orders 1st. We will ship Monday-Wednesday and if your order is not ready on those days, it will rollover to the next week. Our processing times for all products, even pack and ship will be 5-7 business days. (Please note that Etsy will not allow us to reflect these days in our settings, but this is what they are.) This WILL NOT include our off days, weekends and Federal Holidays. If you place a large scale order, it may take a bit longer, according to how busy we are at the time. If you have ANY questions regarding ship times, please be sure to contact us and ask before ordering. We are a made to order, small business and do not cancel or refund orders.

When shopping with us, if the product is a Reneabouquets manufactured product then here is my promises to you:
*The product is designed, drawn and brought to life by Renea Harrison. Original art work, not someone else's clipart. Nor will it ever be, a product created in another country that I put my name on and pretend that it is mine like some large companies do.
*The product is not created and then sent off to someone else to manufacturer, it is manufactured by Renea Harrison, in her studio and warehouse, right here in Chattanooga, Tennessee. 
*The product will never be mass produced.
*The product will be exclusive to the Reneabouquets Shops.

Original and handcrafted products include: Beautiful Board Laser Cut Chipboard, Reneabouquets Printed Beautiful Board Laser Cut Chipboard Die Cuts, Reneabouquets Premium Paper Products, Butterflies, Dragonflies, Tiny Treasures, Magical Miniatures, Double Sided Butterflies, Die Cuts, Tea Cups, and flowers.

Other items that will be carried at Reneabouquets are items that have been hand selected by Renea Harrison. Items that either she or the Reneabouquets Design Team have worked with and found to be high quality, reliable products that any artist can be proud to use to create with. Exquisite laces, metal trinkets, brooches, buttons, flowers, and more. 

You will also find manufactured items by name brand companies, but Reneabouquets will only include those deemed to be of high quality, and that Renea or the Design Team would be proud to use on their own work. You will never find a product put on the shelf just to make a fast dollar, only the ones that stand up to Renea's high standards will be stocked. 

Reneabouquets is a place you can come to get inspired as well as shop.
