A lovely rosette. One of the flowers came damaged, I contacted the seller. She gave me a small refund and sent a replacement flower in the mail (as I requested) I have glued the new flower it and it looks great. I will certainly order from her again.

She reduced the price for me when it took her longer than expected to complete the order, then was very patient while I tried to figure out who was buying what for Christmas in my family, putting it on hold for me without any trouble.
