Although my collection is chosen with aesthetics and quality in mind, as with all pre-owned items there will be some element of wear and tear. Please be assured that I will always attempt to describe the condition of the items accurately (any imperfections I can see will be pointed out) but feel free, if you are interested in a particular piece, to email me for further photographs and a more detailed description.
All items are carefully packaged in recycled materials saving on postage costs and lowering the impact on the environment - when you buy pre-owned goods from retro & co you too are doing the same.

Shipping
INSURANCE for UK: If your item is damaged (which certainly can happen) I will refund you in full once I have been reimbursed by Royal Mail. You must keep the item & the packaging until a refund has been cleared. Contact me with any queries, I will always do my best to make you happy.
INSURANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL: If your item goes missing or is damaged in transit I cannot refund you, please purchase at your own risk. Insurance is available - PLEASE CONTACT ME before you pay to let me know you would like to pay the excess costs for insurance.
All UK orders are sent Royal Mail First Class. Please contact me prior to purchase should you prefer to pay extra to have your item sipped with the tracking option.
Deliveries to all other countries are sent either by Standard Airmail. Airsure International signed for receives priority handling in the UK and abroad and is generally a day faster than standard Airmail (items travel through a separate and secure network tracking up to the point of delivery with proof of posting and delivery confirmation online as standard please visit www.royalmail.com for more details.) If this is your option we can discuss exact shipping costs prior to purchase.
