There was nothing wrong with the item or my customer service besides the fact she experienced buyer's remorse after purchase. The item was clearly listed as a "miniature" and clearly described in the listing, including the exact measurement of the size. Even though I feel like it could have been avoided if she had simply read the listing before purchase, I agreed without argument to a full refund. Not sure why I deserve a 1 star review for someone else's failure to read before purchase, especially since I agreed to a full refund without question and had to endure unjustified impatience. No one is going to issue a refund before a return is received in the mail. No thanks from her for being understanding, just a damaging review designed to hurt my business when I feel like I have been honest and helpful to my customer.
