Payment

We accept secure payments via Paypal. There's no need to have a Paypal account of your own; Paypal accepts most major credit and debit cards.

Shipping

All orders are despatched as soon as possible and within at least 3 working days.

For the UK, most items will be posted First Class with Royal Mail. Items over 2kg will usually be sent using a courier service.

International items are sent via Airmail with Royal Mail. Please get in touch if you would like an international quote for a country that is not listed or for a combined postage quote. International buyers are responsible for all custom fees and duties associated with sending to their country.

Postage and packaging prices are based on the size and weight of the items. As many of our items are fragile, we endeavour to pack them as carefully as possible to make sure they arrive safely.

All our items are vintage, so are in a condition that may show signs of use. We use the following terms as a guideline:

Excellent: Items that are described as ‘excellent’ will show little sign of use.

Very Good: An item described as ‘very good’ may have light staining, light crazing, wear to the design or a flaw from when the item was originally made. Specific imperfections will be noted in the description.

Good: Items described as ‘good’ may have a noticeable flaw, such as a stain, hole, chip, or crazing, but the item will still be of fair quality and in usable condition. These imperfections will always be drawn attention to and illustrated in the description.

We understand the importance of knowing what to expect from items you buy online. So we examine all our items carefully and endeavour to describe them as accurately as possible. If you would like any more information about an item before purchasing we are always happy to provide additional information and answer specific questions by email.
