RhyahPapaya's Shop Policies
Welcome
Welcome to my little corner of the web! Rhyah Papaya specializes in unique, durable handmade accessories for your camera. All of the pieces listed in my shop are handmade by me in my smoke free, kitty and puppy friendly home.
Payment
I am happy to accept paypal and appreciate immediate payment. Any orders unpaid after 3 days of purchase will be canceled.
*Please note, you do not need an account to pay with paypal. Simply, chose paypal as your payment method, enter your credit or debit info and paypal will securely process your payment.
** I am required by law to charge Illinois residents 9.25% sales tax, which will be automatically applied to the paypal invoice.
Shipping
All domestic orders within the Continental United States are shipped via USPS first class mail via paypal unless other arrangements are made prior to purchase. I ship Monday through Friday within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment on ready to ship items. Production time for items that are made to order will vary and is posted in my shop announcement here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/RhyahPapaya?ref=si_shop. Domestic customers will be provided with a tracking number from paypal upon shipment.
International orders are also shipped via USPS. International customers are responsible for any customs related taxes and fees. Unfortunately I am unable to provide a tracking number for international orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind all of my creations and am happy to issue refunds, less postage, on ready made items. Any returned items must be returned withing 14 days of purchase in their original, unused, unwashed condition. I only ask that you contact me prior to returning any items so we can reach a mutual understanding and work together to resolve any issues.
*Custom orders are final purchases and may not be returned.
