What is the shipping time for U.S. orders?
Processing time and Transit time:
As circumstances vary, the tracking is included but the delivery date is NOT guaranteed.
After you add the items to your cart, you can see the shipping options below.
✔ STANDARD Shipping (USPS First-Class):
........ Ready to ship in 1-3 business days plus 4-10 business days (not guaranteed) for USPS transit.
✔ PRIORITY Mail:
........ Ship in 1-3 business days plus 3-5 business days (not guaranteed) for USPS transit.
✔ RUSH order + Priority Mail:
........ Ship on 1-2 business day plus 3-5 business days (not guaranteed) for USPS transit.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Please use Etsy CONVERSATIONS, and ask for the "Return Authorization Number" and "Return Address" before sending the product back for a refund, or your refund may not be processed.
(Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. )

Can I cancel an order made in error?
Yes. Just contact us before we ship the order.

The only discount we are currently offering is a coupon code for 10% off on purchases over $300.

Package returned to sender by the Post Office. What do I do now?
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and ensure you are there to receive it or pick it up at the Post Office.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or because the package was not picked up/called for, a refund will be issued to the customer for the price of the items enclosed (minus shipping costs).
