Can I customize/personalize products?

I gladly accept custom and personalized requests for most creations! Please contact us first and we will work with you to bring your ideas to life!

Please keep in mind that custom item sales are final and cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged. Coupon codes are not accepted on custom orders unless approved by the shop owner. Shop owner has the right to cancel your transaction if it is purchased using a discount that was not approved. If a listing is purchased and then asked to customize it in the notes without discussing first, the seller will cancel the transaction and send a new custom listing to you.

Can I return custom products?

Unfortunately I do not accept returns for custom orders. Please keep in mind that custom order sales are final and cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged. Since it is something you personally designed, theres a small chance of us being able to resell it. Which is the reason refunds/returns for custom items are not accepted. But if you are not satifisied, please reach out and we can do everything we can to help you!

What can vinyl decals be applied to?

Our high quality adhesive vinyl will stick to most smooth surfaces. This includes glass, metal, plastic, coffee cups, mugs, tumblers, windows, mailboxes, chalkboards, white boards, mirrors, walls, and so much more. Vinyl will most likely not stick to surfaces such as fabric, unfinished wood, and rough or textured surfaces! Vinyl can be removed but NOT reused!

What do I do if my order says "delivered" but I haven't received it?

Most orders do come with a tracking number to allow you to see the status during shipments. If your tracking says "delivered" but you have not received the package, contact your local USPS. They will be able to provide you with the most up to date location of your package. Lately, it has been common for packages to be marked "delivered" and then it is actually delivered a couple of days later. If you believe your package has been sent to the wrong location or has been stolen, it is suggested that you make a claim with your local USPS and provide them with our tacking number. Unfortunately, no replacement orders OR refunds will be sent in this situation.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to cancel or change anything about your order please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. After that, it is not guaranteed that changes can be made or an order canceled if the process has already been started. But please reach out as soon as possible and I will do my best to help you!

Shipping address changes MUST be made as soon as possible! The shop is responsible for sending packages to the address provided. If you provide the wrong address the shop is not responsible and a refund/replacement will not be given.

What if I provided the wrong shipping information?

Any shipping address changes MUST be made as soon as possible! Mistakes do happen, so just contact the shop as soon as you realize. If the seller is not notified of this mistake in a timely manner, it may be that your package was already shipped. In this case, we cannot change the destination. It is highly suggested that you reach out to your local mail carrier right away with this issue.

The shop is responsible for sending packages to the address provided. If you provide the wrong address the shop is not responsible and a refund/replacement will not be given.

What should I do if I am experiencing shipping delays?

If you are experiencing a delay in shipping, it is suggested that you reach out to your local USPS with the tracking number provided. They will have the most up to date location of your package OR you can submit a claim.

Even though we cannot control shipping delays, don't hesitate to contact the shop and I will do everything I can to help you!

How do I apply my vinyl decal?

Each order will include an instructions card as well!

Decal Application Instructions

1. Clean surface where decal will be applied
2. Let surface dry completely
3. Flip decal over (face down) and slowly peel white backing away from the decal
4. Place on desired surface, smoothing out with a vinyl applicator or credit card
5. Rub from the center outwards to smooth and remove any bubbles
6. Peel off transfer tape slowly

Vinyl can be removed BUT not reused!

There is an issue with my order/damaged, what should I do?

If there is any issues with your order, please feel free to contact the shop before leaving a review! We will do our best to communicate with you and help resolve the issue so that you are satisfied! If the product was damaged in shipping, photos must be sent within 24 from delivery. A claim may need to be filed with USPS before a refund or replacement is made. Please keep in mind that a majority of my signs are made of wood. There will be imperfections, small divots/cracks, and knots to all natural wood that is out of my control due to the nature of it. So as long as it doesn’t effect the sign, the wood is used. However I always make sure the front of the sign looks great and is presentable!

Why are the processing times in the shop so long?

Within the shop each and every item is handmade by me and made to order, to ensure the best quality. The shop is also experiencing a higher volume in orders as more people become interested in Positive Palettes products!
