6. Retention of title
Until full payment of the delivered goods, they remain the property of Rosenrot. If the contractual partner is in arrears with one or more payments in whole or in part, if he stops his payments or if the opening of insolvency or judicial composition proceedings has been applied for over his assets, then the contractual partner may no longer dispose of the reserved goods.
