What if there is something wrong with my item when I receive it?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine if something happened during transport and we need to file a claim. We will be in touch with instructions if the carrier needs specific things from you such as photos.

We sell vintage items and very rarely an item has deteriorated while stored in its unopened packaging. If this has happened, we apologize as we would have had no way of knowing. Please take photographs and send us a message through the Etsy system to let us know the issue. Do not return the item on your own as we need to evaluate the condition of the item and the cost of return shipping.

Nothing is wrong with my item but I want to return it.

If your item is handmade by us, we will accept a return from you and you will pay the return shipping. If an apron does not fit exactly as you had hoped or you are not happy with what you received, please contact us right away for instructions on returning the item. You will have 7 days to return the item to us in its original condition.

If your item is vintage, we are sorry but we do not accept returns due to the nature of the item. We ask that you shop carefully and read the full description of the item and look carefully at the photographs in the magnified view before you commit to buying an item.

I was accidentally sent the wrong item.

We are human and occasionally make a mistake. We apologize in advance. If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us right away via Etsy conversations to let us know what happened. We will give you instructions for returning the item. Please return the item exactly as received including any extras that may have been sent for that item. We will pay for the return shipping as it was our mistake.

If you feel that you received the correct item but it does not match the description and photos, please let us know immediately as we take great care in ensuring you know what you are buying. If there is a problem such as we sent you only part of a set or the item was not measured correctly and does not fit, please let us know right away. If your complaint involves something that we need to see, please send us photos as part of your conversation. We try very hard not to overlook anything significant in our photos and description but if we missed something that requires a return, please provide us enough information so we can evaluate the situation. If we made a mistake, we will make it right!
