1 out of 5 starsI really wanted this stamp and my credit card was used but no stamp came and I did not get a reply from the seller twice until Etsy got on it. My money has been refunded according to Etsy and I appreciate their participation. I'm sorry this didn't work out for both of us. EL Rating is 5 for Etsy and one for the company.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM & MAXIMUM SIZES OF STAMPS AVAILABLE?
The smallest wood mounted stamp available is 0.5 x 0.5 inches (1.27 x 1.27 cm)
The largest wood mounted stamp available is 8 x 10 inches (20 x 25 cm).
DO THE STAMPS COME WITH INK PADS?
Stamps do not come with ink pads. You may purchase them separately in my shop if needed. If you're unsure what kind of ink will work best, please don't hesitate to ask!
CAN YOU MAKE MY LOGO INTO A CUSTOM RUBBER STAMP?
YES. Send me a custom request and attach your logo as a high resolution image and indicate which size of stamp you want. Once your purchase is complete, I will create a proof and for you to approve. Upon approval the stamp will be created and then shipped to you. Custom Requests take an additional 1-2 business days to process. RUSH orders for custom stamp proofs (not delivery!) are available (in purchasing order only) at NO additional charge. RUSH orders for shipping are available at an additional charge as indicated by the postal service used.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Generally turnaround time 2-3 days to ship, typically 5-7 business days for delivery within the US, 7-10 days for delivery in Canada and 14+ days or sooner internationally. These are estimated time frames and can not be guaranteed.
HOW DO I PROTECT MY PURCHASE?
I advise all customers to purchase insurance as I cannot guarantee nor compensate for any damages in transit. That being said, it has never been the case that a stamp has arrived damaged to any customer to date. I take extra care in the packaging of stamps to avoid any such issues and to help keep costs at minimum for my customers!
