Wonderful quality! A beautiful handmade item!

This is my first time buying direct from the etsy shop. The bag itself is 5 stars, but I have to rate it 4 overall since the strap is two shades off-color/finish (glossier/darker/thinner material). I have seven other rustic leather items which I purchased used- there's sometimes a little variation between separate pieces, but I've never seen this much of an inconsistency in one item. The strap from my larger briefcase matches perfectly, so I'll probably just swap it between the two. Still satisfied with the purchase overall. Communication and shipping were excellent.

I just got this Bag in and I'm very happy. it will do everything I need it too and is nicer than I thought it would be. I'm very happy and will shop at this shop again. I know that sounds like a fake review, but it isn't I'm just very happy lol. I'm sure I'll have this bag the rest of my life and it will pass on to someone else then. I love that it is all leather and it is very well made.

Dave has been a wonderful to communicate with. I purchased not long before Christmas and never expected it would arrive before that time, but it did. So my husband could open his present on Christmas morning. He loved the bag, but thought it was slightly too light in color. But Dave was so helpful and was able to exchange it for a darker one. This bag is beautifully made and my husband will enjoy it for many years to come!

This is a rugged man’s bag perfect for the new iPad mini with extra space to unload your pockets while traveling. More importantly, it fits into my everyday carry needs professionally. I've purchased this bag together with several others from Rustic Leather and, although I live way up north in Michigan, I actually had a chance to meet the "head honcho" Dave. All of my purchases, this bag included, are perfect and people comment on the bags I personally use all the time. I highly recommend this product, together with anything Dave is making. I can say this with confidence as I've met Dave, before I ever owned a bag and my first discussion with him happened as I asked him where he found what I saw as being the coolest travel bag ever (it turned out to be an XL chocolate brown brief case). Once Dave described the personal time and effort he invests to produce his leather goods, I started ordering items for myself, then others. Every item is always perfect and my gift recipients rave about their gifts for years!

I'm in loooove!!! This is the BEST messenger bag I've ever owned. It's everything I could have hoped for and I know this will last me a decade or two, it's that sturdy and well made. I'm goth so it suits my style well, but it will suit anyone who wants a good looking and classic bag that will never go out of style. It's pretty heavy due to the thick leather, so keep that in mind when ordering the medium or large.

This bag is gorgeous! I love things that are rustic & unisex, as I feel they work well with my overall look (classic pieces, things that never go out of style.) The craftsmanship of this bag is readily apparent. I am confident it will be a long-time companion & a staple of my wardrobe. I look forward to taking it on adventures.
