Payment

I accept all payment through PayPal. If you don't have any account, it's easy and free to make one.

Shipping

Items are shipped in the UK via royal mail within 2 business days of receiving payment. If payments are not sent within 5 days of purchasing an item, i will assume you are no longer interested and will relist the ite.

Customers are responsible for all custom fees and taxes if there is any

Items will be shipped to your Etsy address unless instructed otherwise during purchase or right after purchase. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct.

Additional policies and FAQs

Yes I am available for custom orders. If you have seen a design you want to duplicate on a candle or would like you name on a candle please contact me.

I also have a variety of candles of different sizes, colours and scents available.

For wholesale orders such as wedding favours/birthday gifts etc I may be able to offer a discount but so please contact me with regards to you needs.
