I am sorry you feel this way. I apologized for forgetting to shut my store down while I was on vacation and sent your earrings out the minute I got your email, along with another frog pendant to make up for your package being late. Sorry the mail system is slow to Australia, but that is why I sent you a copy of the receipt from the post office, I wasn't trying to dismiss you, just giving you the information you requested. I did all I could to make you happy :(
