We were inadvertently sent the incorrect item originally. The seller sent a return slip and the correct item immediately upon my letting her know, even sending the return slip to my personal e-mail address when the Etsy system was temporarily not working as expected. My child loves this hat and the additional matching item included, as do I. The shipping was fast and the item nicely packaged. I recommend the item and the seller.

The hats with flowers brought a huge smile to a little girl going through cancer treatment and with hair loss. The bright pink with large flower on it was able to still make her feel totally cute and "girly", even with the hair loss! And material was soft.

Fits perfect for my daughter who is 8. She has alopecia and this helps her hide what hair she is missing.
