The United States Postal Service has just increased its Priority Flat Rate Envelope shipping prices. My shipping and handling for a Flat Rate Envelope is $5.50 in the US, $13.50 to North America, and $17.50 to the rest of the world. If your order ships in a Priority Flat Rate envelope, keep in mind that I can fit up to 7 yards of fabric, two jelly rolls, a jelly roll and a layer cake, or a layer cake and six charm packs in one, and I will refund any unused shipping and handling charges.
