My products are made from 925 Sterling Silver. They are plated in yellow gold or rose gold. I recommend not using my products while taking a shower or swimming in the pool. The coating may be affected by chemicals such as perfume and alcohol.
The packages sent by mail can be delayed rarely. This delay can be caused by USPS or your local postal service.
During the holiday season, USPS is delayed to update data on shipping status and delivery. If you are rush please upgrade your shipping to express shipping

For International orders, exact shipping times can NOT be guaranteed due to possible customs delays. Please also note that customs fees and charges have nothing to do with your prepaid shipping costs, and are not covered in your Etsy purchase. These are assessed directly by your country and the actual cost is determined at their discretion.
Since TRACKING is NOT INCLUDED in International First Class Mail we can not guarantee the arrival of your package and can NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is VERY important to us. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please notify me within 7 days after you receive the item, and I’ll try to resolve the problem. Everyone can make mistakes and if the mistake is ours, we will refund your shipping cost to send the package back to us and correct the mistake.
If the problem cannot be resolved, I accept returns under limited circumstances. All items must be returned in the original packaging in new/unused condition. Postage and adequate insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not send anything back without notifying me first.

How do I use a Coupon Code?
Once you are on the CART page, you will see a text box next to a button that says “Apply Coupon”. Enter your coupon code into that box and hit enter. You will see it reflected in your total. If for some reason the coupon code did not work, please leave us a comment during checkout with the code and we will refund it back to you.
What if my piece of jewelry breaks?
We use only the highest quality materials and craftsmanship so if treated well your new jewelry should last you a long time. However, if your jewelry is damaged, please Contact Us for repair.
Do you offer additional discounts based on multiple items?
Yes. We offer additional discounts on orders above $500. Please Contact Us for special coupon codes.
