ALL my fabrics are washed & ready to sew unless otherwise noted.
PA BUYERS-There is NO SALES TAX on items used to make clothing. I will refund if you are charged.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a small charge for the cost of the
mailer (unless I can use recycled packaging which I strive to do whenever possible.) Otherwise, I refund overage in postage.
