Refunds and Exchanges:
Due the nature of this item(electronic download), I have a strict NO
REFUND POLICY. I will work with you to the best of my ability to
make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I will allow refunds, case on case, on one exception, if the item has NOT BEEN DOWNLOADED or if it is a double purchase. Due to the fact that there are many different variables that can cause problems with embroideries (fabric, tension, thread, needle, machine, software, and stabilizer) I do NOT support issues that arise due to misuse or customer error. Resizing is not suggested as this may alter the quality of the product.

FORMATS:
We offer DST EXP HUS JEF PES VIP VP3 and XXX. If you do not see your
format listed, please contact us before purchasing the design.
ART format is a licensed Bernina format and is not offered, however,
EXP can be used in place of ART. Please note however that we cannot
support the integrity of the designs if you are converting or altering them with any software. All sizes and formats listed on individual product pages are included in the zip file available upon purchase.

SHIPPING:
No shipping as designs are virtual digital products only. (The exception is if you are ordering a Make Your Own Mini Design Set in which case the designs will be emailed to your email listed on your order page unless otherwise noted by you.) You will receive your download links from Esty within a short while after placing your order. If you do not receive your order email, please check purchase page on Etsy and look for the download button next to the image of the design.

PLEASE NOTE:
These are machine embroidery files, they are NOT patches that you sew or iron on. The files come in zipped format. When you download the file you will need to unzip it on your computer. If you need help unzipping your files use a search engine and search for "how do I unzip a .zip file" Support is not offered on individual embroidery machines, software and computers and I do not take responsibility for projects gone wrong. Please realize that I am not a computer support provider.

CUSTOM DESIGN POLICY:

1. Custom design based on an image. Price ranges start at $25 and may go up depending on the complexity of the design and time involved in digitizing. An image of the digitized design will be sent to you for approval. You will get 1 review on an image sent to you. Extra reviews will be a minimum of $2 each. Once a listing/invoice is created for custom work, changes to the design, other than resizing, will be an extra fee. I may choose not to digitize your design. Please send an image when contacting me about a custom digitized design.
2. I will not work on any trademark, licensed or image that is not your property.
3. If you are requesting that I be creative on my part to come up with a custom design that is exclusively for you, you will receive a custom quote. This is based on how much time I feel it will take me to create the design. This price will vary greatly based on creative time and digitizing time on my part. Again, I may choose not to create the design desired.
4. If you would like to submit a design suggestion for something you would like to see in my shop, please send me a message with your suggestion. I may or may not create the design depending on if I feel the design will do well in my shop . If I choose to create the design, designing must be left completely up to me. The design will then be listed in my shop at the regular design price and will be available to the public for sale.
5. My quotes are non-negotiable. Coupon codes not allowed on custom work.


TERMS OF USE:

You May:
Use these products for personal use, sewn on gifts and personal items.
You may make backups of these files for use by you only.Commercial Use, 1-5 copies can be used without any recognition to SewChaCha®, however I would appreciate any recognition you can give.Commercial Use, 6-75 copies I ask only that you put a link back to https://www.etsy.com/shop/sewchacha on your item or blog so that we get credit for the design. Commercial Use, 76-unlimited, please contact us through convo or sales [!at] sewchacha.com and I will get back to you on with requirements.

You May NOT:
Share, loan, trade, resell, or distribute these designs.
Upload these products to any file sharing website for any purpose.
Alter or modify these products and claim them as your own designs.
Create products for mass production or large commercial use. (unless you
contact us first)
Make copies of these products other than for personal back-up or
archival purposes.
Use any part of these designs to create other digital embroidery files.
Use our designs to create digital clip art or stickers.

COPYRIGHT POLICY:
All of our images are original art work and are copy written, you may
not reproduce, duplicate or distribute any of our material in any way
other then what is expressly allowed.
