Can I exchange an item ?
Yes, you can exchange an item only if you contact us within the time frame we state in our policies. The buyer is responsible for paying to return the item and paying a new shipping charge for the exchanged item to be mailed back to you. Any item exchanged must be in the condition we mailed it to you, No exceptions.
