Payment
I am currently only accepting payments by Paypal. Please pay within 3 days after ordering, though promptly payment is appreciated.
All prices listed are in USD as a policy of etsy. 1USD is fixed to 7.8HKD exchange rate.
All customers will receive email of transaction confirmation. If the payment is not received by 3 days after the transaction or no response or communication from the buyer, please consider the transaction will be automatically canceled without further notice.
NO orders are sent out without payment having been received first. Custom order requires full payment before the item will be made.

Shipping
All items are sent by the Deutsche Post standard sevice, i keep the certificate of posting on dispatch of the item - if you wish to use a superior service please contact me via email for this to be arranged. Damage / Loss / Delay occurred during the transport is beyond Shallot's responsibility. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
According to the post office, it normally takes within 2 to 4 days to reach destinations inside Germany, 1 to 2 months to other countries. Please get back to me if you have not received out of that period from posting.
