I bake delicious, low carb, sugar free, grain free, gluten free sweets. These are all made with natural sweeteners, erythritol and stevia, and never made with any chemical sweeteners. Everything is all natural. I use almond, coconut, and other nut flours as my base and never use any chemical based low carb flours. I use coconut oil or real butter and never any vegetable oils or other unhealthy oils. I also use free range eggs and other natural ingredients.
All my items are all prepared fresh, made to order, in an industrial kitchen. I have been on a low carb diet for many years and I am much healthier and slimmer as a result. The problem I found was finding good tasting, chemical free desserts. Through trial and error I have come up with many wonderful tasting desserts that match these criteria.
My husband and I have adopted two special needs boys from China. I used the proceeds of this shop to help fund the last adoption and am now using the funds to help pay for their medical expenses. Please look around and see if there is something that looks good to you! Thanks!

5 out of 5 starsThese cinnamon rolls are absolutely delicious! They have the best texture and taste and so satisfying. The rolls arrived individually wrapped in aluminum foil and in resealable bags which was perfect for the freezer. The cream cheese frosting arrived in a separate container, and it is also very delicious. I'm very happy with this purchase!
