We only accept Paypal. Any other method of payment is at our discretion.

If you ask us to reserve an item for you we will gladly do so - but you must complete payment within 3 days. If you're not able to complete we will, regretfully, have to take the item back into stock.

Save on postage costs by ordering additional items at the same time. If ordering more than one item at a time please be aware that the postage charge will be for the main shipping cost listed - all other combined items will be sent in the same package for a nominal additional postage charge, as listed.

We send our parcels via the Royal Mail worldwide.
Within the UK smaller parcels can be be sent as Recorded Signed For. This service from the Post Office does not include full tracking or extra compensation, but it is a cheaper option.
UK shipping rates do not apply to areas that are not on the UK mainland - please
note that the Channel Islands etc are classified by the Post Office as an International destination. Convo us for postage rates.
Additional insurance can be arranged for valuable items and we recommend it. If you require this service please convo us for details and prices.
We are happy to arrange Global Express delivery - with on-line tracking - if your new purchase is required very urgently. Convo us for details.
International taxes and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders are shipped within 3 working days of receiving payment - usually within 1-2 days. Please be aware that delivery of international packages may be affected by the Customs and Excise regulations of each individual country.
We always try to combine shipping to help keep costs down. All items are sent with appropriate packaging, including upcycled packaging materials. Please note that once items are shipped we take no responsibility for loss or damage caused en-route by the shippers or others. We will be happy to submit a claim with you if neccessary.
We reserve the right to refuse orders or to request additional postage charge payment to cover recorded, signed-for delivery or insurance in certain circumstances.
