I cannot begin to say how amazing my experience was with Elizabeth. When I asked her to create a custom piece for me, she took my idea for a masculine bracelet for my boyfriend and made it even better than I had initially imagined. Honestly, I was surprised that she could make something so masculine, considering the other pieces she makes. What she created was truly amazing, and I cannot wait to give it to my boyfriend. nI wanted to be able to give the bracelet as a Christmas gift, and Elizabeth made sure to have it made and shipped in early December to be sure it would arrive to the US in time for the holiday. Somehow, the packet got lost in the mail. When I told Elizabeth I still hadn't received the packet a week before Christmas, she was incredibly active in making sure she would make me happy. She replaced the bracelet with another one without hesitation. After finally receiving the bracelet, I can say it is one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever seen. Even though I had hassles with shipping, Elizabeth did everything possible to make sure that I would get exactly what I had asked for, and then more.

From spotting these beautiful pieces of jewlelry, to placing the order, to corresponding with Elizabeth and then (the best part) receiving them in the mail was a positive and lovely experience! I placed my order (the bronze leaf necklace for me & the leaf bracelet w/ leather strap for a gift) right before Christmas time and Elizabeth made sure to keep me up to date on every point in the process....from receiving my order to her making the jewelry to shipping and tracking. Coming across this kind of customer service and attention to detail is so rare and the fact that she has makes the most beautiful little pieces of jewelry is what will keep me looking to Elizabeth's store when I need a gift for a girlfriend or a gift for myself. Elizabeth, you should be commended on the way you run your business....I wish there were more business owners like you. Thank you for the wonderful experience of working with you and I KNOW we will again very soon. I already have my eye on my next Silkstone Design!!!

I had an excellent shopping experience. The product was listed as sold out on Etsy so I decided to message Liz directly and she got back to me within the hour! After a few back and forth messaging (all within one evening), I was able to purchase the last necklace she had in stock with shipping and tracking to the US. I received my order 9 days later and was able to get it gifted to the intended recipient before Christmas! The necklace was exactly as described- beautiful. Would definitely order from SilkstoneDesigns again without a doubt!
