1 out of 5 starsStart to finish, this transaction has been terrible. So disappointed. Communication is extremely minimal and only occurred after I reached out. The seller lied about shipping. Twice. She never provided tracking info, or a photo of the product prior to shipping. I can tell she lied about shipping bc of the USPS tracking info on the package once I finally received it. The necklace is AWFUL. The stones don't match the picture & aren't even in the same order, the string is poor quality & fraying, the knots are uneven, the clasp doesn't match & isn't as described, & the whole necklace is strung unevenly. I was so excited about this necklace & I cannot believe how poorly it was made. I am SO sad. I'll be contacting the seller for a full refund and will not be doing business with this shop again.

In all of the years that I have been making custom jewelry orders for my customers, I have never, ever had a customer act this way. This customer received a necklace that was composed of much higher grade materials than was even posted in the original photo on the order. This was explained to her but she was still unsatisfied. I also offered to remake the neckace for her and offered her a full refund if she was still unhappy. This feedback was posted before she even tried to contact me to find a solution to her problems with the item. I am always very communicative with my customers and happy to fix any problems that anyone has with any of my items. I hope she has better luck in the future with her Etsy purchases. Unfortunately, I seem to have caught her wrath on a bad day.

3 out of 5 starsCommunication from the seller was very minimal and only after I contacted her first. The item itself is okay. The beads are not evenly spaced like in the example necklace in the photo and several of the knots in the chain are small enough that the beads can easily slide over the top of them. It seems like maybe the necklace was made quickly. I am thinking about taking it apart and restringing it myself as the beads themselves appear to be great quality. Edited 1/27/15: The seller refunded my shipping charge so that I could mail the necklace back to her for restringing. She did this and sent it back quickly. The necklace looks much better after being restrung. I am happy with my purchase and wear it every day.
