Thank you Gary for posting a review and giving us a chance to publicly address your concerns. Gary is the type of person that all businesses owners fear. The type that will try to take advantage of any situation. Unfortunately Gary did not have the sense to read our shop policies which very clearly address all of his concerns. 1. Shipping is a separate business from ours. We cannot be responsible for what happens outside of our control. 2. Gary had to search for flaws in his Credenza. As stated in our terms we provided Gary with photos before it shipped. Gary had no objections and agreed to have it delivered. Our best guess is that Gary was expecting a "Brand New" piece which again stated in our terms will never be the case. Thanks for the Feedback!

Haley found me the exact dressers that fit my needs and then magically transformed them into the most magnificent pieces of furniture that marvelously match an existing bench given to me by my deceased grandmother. The price was perfect, the process was faster paced than I anticipated, and even the shipping and delivery was worry free.
