1 out of 5 starsDO NOT PAY BEFORE CONTACTING THE SHOP. The shop did not respond to my multiple messages for a custom design order, and never shipped my item (despite the fact that I paid immediately). I had to open up a case with Etsy in order to get my money back. After I filed a dispute, the shop was pretty quick about getting me a refund.
