SmArtsyJewelry began out of my desire to create and shop.

My shop features handmade jewelry and vintage jewelry and also miscellaneous vintage items. I create jewelry from both new and recycled vintage jewelry. Many of my creations are very earth conscious. I love to rescue pieces of vintage jewelry and rework them to create brand new pieces. So my jewelry may use all brand new beads, findings, etc, but also much of it will be up scaled earth friendly.

I love to shop estate sales, thrift stores, garage sales and the like where I find lot's of beautiful vintage items to offer in my shop. It does take up a great deal of my time to do so but I am now retired so I have the time.

I am a mother , grandmother , and great grandmother. As long as I can remember I have had the desire to create in one form or another. I started very young drawing cartoons and such then graduated to painting when I was older. In recent years I discovered how much fun it is to create handmade jewelry. Of course a person can only wear so much hence my SmArtsyJewelry shop. I try to price my items so that I will have something everyone can afford.

I am self taught via books, observation, and experience. My Jewelry has been purchased by people all over the world.
