All my garlands are made to order and in the order that they are received. Make sure the garland length you select at checkout is the length you need as I DO NOT accept returns but I will happily do an exchange. Garland must be shipped back to me in original condition at customers expense and once received I will ship the new garland to you. Buyer will be charged the difference before shipping the new one. All garlands are made to have some slack (usually a bead space or two) to allow for flexibility. This makes it easier to wrap around something or tie a knot. This does not mean that the garland was not made with enough beads as there will always be enough beads to cover the length of the garland you purchased. The length of the garland does not include the tassels only the beads. Tassels add an extra 6 inches (each tassel is 3 inches) in length. Custom and personalized orders

I am more than happy to do a custom order but unfortunately custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Full payment required once an agreement with the buyer is reached. If a long length is required just purchase as many garlands that you need for the length and leave a note at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please be sure the address that you have on file with Etsy is the address you want the item to be shipped. Once the item is shipped the seller is NOT responsible if the address is incorrect. The shipping address can be changed at checkout but the billing address must match the address on file with the credit card company. Seller is not responsible for how quickly USPS delivers. Once the package is sent out seller is not responsible for lost packages or delays in delivery due to weather or unforseen events. Buyer may track their package on the USPS website, Etsy or at the buyers local USPS facility.
