August Anchor

I am married to the most handsome and hardworking brick mason in the world and we have 3 munchkins that keep us on our toes. I opened my Etsy shop as Southern Entrance in 2013 making burlap wreaths and decor. Our son was 1 at the time and I worked full-time for an orthodontist. I was really looking for something to do on the side to make a little bit of extra money while doing something that I loved. Fast forward 2 years and our house got busier and cuter when we welcomed our 1st little girl into the world. This shop was definitely on the back burner for awhile until I found a new love for designing jewelry. I decided to change the name of the shop to August Anchor because we have a love for river life, my jewelry had a nautical touch and both of our kids are August babies. Our world was rocked when we found out we were going to have ANOTHER baby girl in August 2017....yep...ANOTHER August baby!! Since 2015, I've had the opportunity to work out of our home for my parent's construction company and most recently my husband's family masonry company. With a little bit of extra time at home these days, I've decided to reignite August Anchor by adding women's and kid's tees with plans of offering home decor items in the very near future!

I believe we all need a creative outlet to let our soul shine through our creations...August Anchor is mine!
