Shipping
AVAILABLE 2 DELIVERY OPTIONS
You can choose between 2 delivery methods.
Standard shipping. Large letter-post item or parcel. It is a registered signature required mail with tracking. The shipping worldwide takes about 10 - 18 days.
Express delivery. It is a registered signature and phone number required mail with tracking. The shipping worldwide takes about 2 - 4 days.
All FREE SHIPPING items will be sent with STANDARD SHIPPING.
All our delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines,
particularly to overseas during the holiday rush.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries, but we could help to know parcel status, just convo us.
We ship to the address provided on your “Etsy” account, so make sure it`s accurate. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
RECIPIENT'S SIGNATURE: For security reasons, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.
Important! The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply.
Marking an order AS A GIFT
If you mark an order as a gift it means I will not add the price of the item to the receipt. This allows the person you are buying for to know where it was purchased but not how much you paid for it. Marking as a gift does not mean I supply extra gift wrapping.
Delivery delays due to COVID-19
We shipping packages with "Lietuvos pastas". Please read below this company announcement: "Service delivery standards cannot be guaranteed and “Lietuvos pastas” is, therefore, invoking a situation of force majeure with regard to the quality of service until the situation returns to normal."
Countries around the world are taking measures due to the coronavirus that may affect logistical processes. In addition to delays in many destinations, some countries are updating their processes to minimise contact between deliverer and recipient during pick up and drop off. This can mean that they no longer request a signature for receipt, and the shipment is simply delivered. It also may be the case that routes into certain countries become unavailable. The situation is constantly changing. We as sellers have no influence on this. We cannot guarantee a time of delivery. For further questions, please contact your local post manager.

Custom and personalized orders
Our shop follows LEGAL EU DISTANCE SELLING RULES for private sellers. Please READ all FAQs below
* Customized\personalized items are not eligible for return.
** If a buyer removes the safety tag after the item was delivered, the she\he won’t be able to return the item. If the buyer fails the return time frame, and ships back the item after a month or more, I have no obligation to accept a return and refund.
Care instructions
*Care instructions for the watches will be provided to you by e-mail.
**WARRANTY conditions for VINTAGE WATCHES. The warranty time for a vintage watch is 3 months, and ONLY for MOVEMENT. The warranty repair service is only in Lithuania. The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, or unauthorized service by our shop. We do not accept returns of the watch after you have already used a warranty service. After the warranty, we will be pleased to continue helping our customers with after-sales service.

What should I know more about returns?

***PLEASE SEND ITEMS BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER - 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THEM.
How can I return a non customised items?
*In order to use the voluntary right of return, you have to send back the item in a timely manner (within 14 days) after receiving it, undamaged and in its original condition with the original packaging and safety tag (the photos of the item including unimpaired tag is required before shipping).
**The buyer pays shipping back costs.
***We do not cover upgrade\expedited shipping services both ways (shipping to you and for return).
When will I get a refund?
A refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned unused\undamaged, with the shop safety tag on the item. Keep in mind that the restocking fee for returned items outside the EU is 25 percent of the item value.
