Placing an order
Please read the item's description and convo us prior to ordering for any requests as we can't change the order details after we start working on the item. If you want to see a preview image, please leave a note when ordering. We may contact you to request additional information about your order, such as the pronunciation of the name for translation. If we don't hear from you more than a week and we can't work on the item without further details, we might have to cancel your order.
Brass vs Sterling silver
You can choose the base metal between brass and sterling silver. The brass nameplate and the chain is slightly thicker and stronger than the sterling silver one. The sterling silver jewelry is more delicate and nickel free.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders come gift-wrapped. Items will be placed in a Korean traditional fabric bag after wrapping securely with a tissue paper and a plastic zip bag, ready for gift giving. We use recyclable PE (polyethylene) bubble wrap.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Orders are shipped within 3 to 6 business days and shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Shipping can be upgraded to express mail with an additional charge at checkout. Express mail takes 4 to 5 business days for most countries and recipient must sign to receive the package. Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays or circumstances in the destination country.
Packages are usually delivered to your mailbox but some countries require the recipient's signature.

Payments
We only accept payments via PayPal. You can pay through PayPal using a credit or debit card without a PayPal account.
Jewelry care tips
Avoid dust, moisture and direct light to ensure your jewelry does not tarnish and discolor. Do not wear it while showering, exercising or sleeping. Wipe it with a soft cloth and keep it in a zipper bag after wearing it. Use mild cleaners to clean it. Sterling silver jewelry can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth or a silver liquid cleaner when tarnished (do not use on black engraving as the color may be erased.)
Although stainless steel jewelry doesn’t require special care, it can scratch. We recommend wipe it with a soft cloth and keep it in an individual bag. Use mild cleaners to clean it.

If you're not sure which direction letters are supposed to be, it's right if the clasp is in your right hand when you wear it.
