Welcome and thank you for your interest in my shop. Over the last seven years I have designed and produced my own unique pet beds for guinea pigs, using beautiful fabrics and the best quality materials. I have owned guinea pigs for over 10 years and know just how special these pets are to us. They deserved to be pampered! <3

Payment

All payment is received through Etsy's options. If for any reason you feel payment is delayed, please get in touch with me. I don't post any items until payment is confirmed but I am prepared to hold onto an item for you if there are any problems.

Shipping

I post worldwide and have an honest postage policy, I do not make any extra profit from shipping items, but if you are ordering more than one item I will happily check the combined postage for you and reduce shipping costs if this is possible.

UK orders are shipped via Royal mail first class. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Standard Airmail (and handled by the main courier in the destination country, e.g. USPS for the USA). For international shipping, this is the cheapest option sent without tracking. In the very rare case that something becomes lost in the post, I can take no responsibility, but I would be happy to look into gettng compensation from Royal Mail for you if your item does not arrive. Usually if something has gone wrong with postage, I eventually receive the item back to me.

If you would like to add tracking to your international order, please contact me. This is roughly an extra £5 per parcel. Royal mail aims to deliver between 7-10 days after posting for international orders. I find this to be accurate (or quicker!), however it can vary and is not a guarantee.
